There seems to be some good … WebEverything is tradeable for the headband/sash. You can make a lvl 1 human monk, transfer everything turn in quests and trade back to your iksar monk. Alternatively you can just buy the Purple Headband and Red Sash. Iksars are not kos to Brother Qwinn/Zephyl and can easily complete the quest once they have everything. It's not harder for Iksar.
