WebMay 10, 2012 · Forgive the evil thread resurrection. I just finished a finger removal job mahself. i removed the grooves and the front "checkering" entirely, and blended it to the edges. Used Dremel, sandpaper, and steel wool for final polish. Very happy. Not a factory finish, but pretty darn close. And it thinned the grip a tad too, and I love the overall feel. WebMar 27, 2014 · As you can see, this thins the trigger guard. The second type move the arc at the rear of the trigger guard upwards. This can be done with a simple Dremel process. This moves the middle finger upwards but makes the hump worse. If you get Glock knuckle this will make it worse.
