My first RPG was M&M VII - for blood an honor, my favorite is NWN1 thanks to the endless amount of modules to play despite the lack of certain pnp spells and hardcoded feats that turns creating custom classes/races/spells hard, but in therms of immersion, IMO no game beats VtMB.
