WebCustomer service is even worse there no direct chat or call option to get through to Agoda fast. Hotels also told us Agoda has been messing up bookings and we were like the 4th case for the day. Booking.com does a better job and the customer service is more helpful with them as well. Date of experience: 05 April 2024. WebClicktrip we’re super helpful, unfortunately our flights got cancelled the day of our holiday and our hotel was non refundable. We emailed the hotel to explain we weren’t able to make the reservation and they worked tirelessly managing to eventually get us a refund. This was something we were never expecting but shows how caring clicktrip are.

WebThis one website shows me the rate of $170 and with taxes and resort fees came up to $220. I want to believe it’s a scam. Anyone has experience booking through this website? I called hotel and they said they don’t have any booking under my name but it can take a couple off days if it’s booked from third party. WebHowever the clicktrip team mad it possible to cancel at zero cost! Oustanding service and responstime via phone and email throught the entire process!
