So you're stuck with ether using the encryption and only using the drive with Windows or Mac OS machines. Or using an alternative such as VeraCrypt, but without the hardware encryption benefits.

My problem is one time I went to open a file and the vault was "empty" but if I looked at the disk the encrypted files were there.
