Webb13 sep. 2008 · I agree. I do a plug chop with a major modification (i.e., switching to the Mikuni TMX 35 carb, or changing air filter design: i.e, UNI v. K&N), but that's a last thing. I never did* plug chops for testing the 1/4 - 1/2 - 3/4 throttle positions. That's all done by feel and listening to the motor and how it performs.
