WebbSome even have been booked for 2 years in future. AND their price is ridiculously high, like $300-$400 per month for a covered slot, and $100-$200 for an uncovered slot. I toured a couple of them, it's really just a big fenced parking lot with some simple covers (not even garage). So I can't help thinking what if I built an RV/boat storage myself. WebbYup, neighboring lot to mine was bought and they started using it as the van storage lot for an electrical company. Got code enforcement called and had to stop, tear out a gravel driveway, and fix a few other things. It wasn't me but I found all this out while researching the lot to file a complaint myself.
