First Name: Craig. PNW. '21 SR5 Trail Edition. I had Toyo Open Country ATIII's on my old Outback, and now Falken Wildpeak AT3W's on my Tacoma. I guess I lucked out as mine are made in Japan. But both are great tires, would buy either again without hesitation. Toyos had maybe a little more road noise.

Falkens = 74lbs , OD 33.1" , width 11.8". Toyo = 61lbs , OD 33.8" , width 11.2". I might go with the toyo's just saw it has a higher load rating than the falkens in addition to weighing 13lbs less and is slightly bigger.
